"Facts About Cake You Should Know Now" is an advertisement in the magazine Hygeia, 1942, from the Department of Nutrition and the American Institute of Baking. In the ad, the booklet "Cake Parade" was available for free by writing to the offices at Rockefeller Plaza. I bought a copy on Ebay and took the text headings from each page to make my book.
