Over 14,000 pages of medical works from the early to mid-1800s joined the Jefferson Digital Commons (JDC). The collection includes materials from medical greats like Thomas Mütter, Samuel Gross, and George McClellan, and provides insight into the often unheard voices of students. Records include class notes and dissertations, matriculation records, commencement addresses, faculty notes, and more Learn more.

The JDC recently added over 1,800 historical photos of Jefferson to its collection. The collection covers a range of topics, primarily military medicine, students (mostly nursing and medical from the late 1890s onward), Jefferson buildings, and faculty portraits and photographs.
