Remote Access

If you are not using a computer on the campus network to connect to a library online resource, you must follow the instructions below for remote access. All students, faculty, and staff are entitled to access from off campus.

To use the library databases off-campus, can use the VPN (Virtual Private Network). Download instructions.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to access the library databases remotely after following the OIT instructions:

  • Email EFHelpdesk@jefferson.edu or call the Technology Help Desk at: (215) 951-4OIT (x4648)
  • Visit the Technology Help Desk on the basement floor of the Gutman Library
