At this time, the Paul J. Gutman Library only accepts requests for physical course reserves. Deadline To guarantee items will be ready for the semester, we suggest submitting requests at least one week before the semester begins. Placing personal items on course reserves If you would like to place one of your personal items on reserve, please visit the Circulation Desk with the item during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Ask to speak with the Access Services staff. What information do we need? Faculty member's name Course title Course code with section Placing items from the Paul J. Gutman Library collection on course reserves If you would like to request an item from the collection be placed on course reserves for your course, please search our catalog for the item first, and then complete this form. Removing items from course reserves If you would like to remove an item from course reserves, please contact us or visit the Circulation Desk during regular business hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. All items will be taken off the shelves and returned to either the general collection or the faculty member who owns the item a week after the academic year has ended. Beginning in the fall 2023 semester, course reserves will be taken off the shelves one week after each semester has ended.
