Can you believe they swallowed that? New Exhibit in the Siegman Archives
Visit the 4th floor of Scott Library to explore a new exhibit highlighting the work of Jefferson alum, Dr. Chevalier Quixote Jackson. Dr. Jackson developed safe methods to extract foreign objects from patient airways. Known as the founder of modern endoscopy, Dr. Jackson obsessively catalogued and photographed every object he removed from his patients during his practice. Visit the Siegman Archives to view his donated photograph collection, his rigid bronchoscope, and other instruments.
