Our InterLibrary Loan services are slightly limited at this time, but if you order a book or article we will try our best to fulfill your request!
Book & Book Chapter Requests: If we are able to find an electronic copy of the requested book, we will order the item and deliver it to you electronically (via iLLiad). If we are unable to find an electronic copy of the book, unfortunately we will not be able to mail you a physical copy at this time.
Journal Article Requests: If we can find the requested article from another library, we will deliver it to you electronically (via iLLiad).
Can't find a journal article? Let us find it for you. We may be able to order a copy for you from another library. In some cases, we might even be able to scan journal articles from our own print collection. A PDF will be uploaded to your ILLiad account. Log in with your campus key to order an item. (ILLiad logins have been replaced with campus key credentials.)
When will my items arrive?
We cannot guarantee items will arrive by a certain date, but our best estimate is:

How will I know when my request has been fulfilled?
You will be notified via email when your request has been fulfilled.

Additional orders may be placed for a $5.00 fee per item. Please contact ill@jefferson.edu for more information. Separate scanning services are available for Organizational Members and Alumni.
This service is designed to support the academic and clinical needs of students, faculty, staff, researchers, and clinicians of Thomas Jefferson University and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Requests should be directly related to Jefferson coursework, research, or clinical need. Occasionally, library staff may seek clarification of requests. Library staff reserve the right to cancel any request for any reason.
Can distance students order items?
Yes. We will deliver journal articles electronically. You will be notified when the PDF can be downloaded from ILLiad.
