Room Reservations

To reserve a room in Outlook:

  1. In Calendar view, choose New Meeting
  2. Choose Scheduling Assistant
  3. Enter Start and End times for meeting
  4. Click on Add Rooms
  5. Search for one of the rooms listed above, click rooms, click ok
  6. Choose Appointment
  7. Add meeting name as the subject line and click send
  8. The requester will receive an email once the reservation has been approved

Or, reserve a room by emailing WilmerLibrary@Jefferson.edu with:

  • Meeting name
  • Contact information for meeting requestor (name, phone number)
  • Date(s) requesting
  • Start/End time of meeting

The Wilmer Library has three rooms that may be reserved:

Dixon Library Training Room

  • 17 computers
  • 80-inch HD display
  • Blu-ray and DVD
  • Laptop connectivity

Dixon Library Conference Room 1

  • Seats 8 people
  • Wireless Polycom phone (upon request)
  • Glass marker board

Dixon Library Conference Room 2

  • Seats 8 people
  • Wireless Polycom phone upon request
  • Glass marker board
