In an effort to address the critical need for well-trained, entry level clinical research personnel, The Jefferson Clinical Research Institute (JCRI) created a Workforce Development Program that is now accepting applications. If chosen, candidates will be full-time employees of Thomas Jefferson University; they will be sponsored by a research department, matched with a mentor within the department, and go through a didactic program, with increasing levels of work responsibilities over time.
As a full-time employee, you will have access to Jefferson’s benefits package including medical, dental, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and continued access to science, healthcare and technology curriculum. The Workforce Development Program will employ a blended learning approach, including independent study, classroom training, webinars, on-the-job training and shadowing experiences. The goals of the program include reducing barriers to entry, improving retention and creating a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve, while delivering high quality, competent employees.
