We Want to Hear from Students: Pizza & Conversation on Friday, April 22

The Paul J. Gutman Library wants to hear from YOU, the students! Join us at the library this Friday, April 22, from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm for a conversation about the library and pizza lunch. A few lucky students will even win $10 Wawa Gift Cards!

We are beginning a project to re-vision Gutman Library to ensure it best serves our East Falls community. We hope you’ll join us on Friday for a workshop and conversation about the library.

We want to learn about what you would like to see in a reimagined library space to help you study, collaborate, and find the resources you need. We hope to get a variety of student opinions and ideas before beginning the design process.

The workshop will include:

  1. Introduction by DaVonne Rooney, Director of Library Operations
  2. AOS Architects
    • Case studies
    • Student study space typologies
    • TJU study spaces
    • Gutman spaces
  3. Interactive session with boards and post-it notes
  4. Summary
  5. Pizza!

Make sure your voice is heard, and you can influence the future of the library.

RSVP is not required; meet us in the Library Instruction Space (LIS) on Friday, April 22, at 11:30 am.
