Stop by the Gutman Library this March to check out the exhibit “Physician Assistants: Collaboration and Care,” created by the U.S. National Library of Medicine.
The exhibit, which consists of six banners that highlight the progression of the PA profession, will be on display on the main level of the library.
The exhibit describes how the Physician Assistants (PA) profession was developed as a solution to meet the social and healthcare needs of the mid-20th century and continues to evolve today. Stop by to check out the exhibit and learn about how the PA profession has changed since the first three PAs graduated in 1967 and view photographs of PAs in the field.
Learn more about the exhibit on the U.S. National Library of Medicine’s website.
