Cushing's Syndrome - Pre- and Post- Treatment

This is a patient with Cushing's syndrome pre- and post-treatment. Note the round or moon face and the supraclavicular fullness from underlying fat pads in the pre-treatment photograph. These are features of centripetal obesity, a typical finding in patients with Cushing's syndrome. Hirsutism may also be seen in some patients.
