This electrocardiogram shows increased left ventricular voltage.

The characteristic features demonstrated here include the tall R waves in leads V4 through V6. No other abnormalities are seen. The electrocardiogram of young and/or thin chested individuals may demonstrate such increased voltage without left ventricular hypertrophy or any underlying cardiac disease.
