This treadmill stress test is positive, indicating myocardial ischemia. The resting strip demonstrates
ST-segments that are normal in configuration. At peak exercise, when the patient developed symptoms, there is
2 mm of ST depression.
It lasts more than 80 msec after the J point. These changes fulfill the criteria for a stress test that is positive for ischemia and occurred at a moderate workload. By five minutes post exercise, the
ST segments have returned to the baseline.
While his blood pressure was elevated, there was a normal blood pressure response to exercise with a systolic rise and a modest diastolic fall.
